YOUR TASKS

Join our Scouting & Photography Department and become part of a fast-paced, creative environment within the fashion industry. You will:

• Support the scouting team in discovering and developing new faces and young talent
• Organize and manage model’s studio shootings
• Photograph our models in our own studio

• Assist the booking team with castings, layouts, digitals, and other creative needs
• Create and edit basic graphic layouts using Adobe Suite
• Help maintain efficient communication between scouting, booking, and creative departments
• Support daily office operations and contribute to ongoing creative projects

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong interest in new faces, youth culture, and fashion
• basic experience with studio shooting and photography equipment (Canon, Profoto, CaptureOne, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Capable of independently managing a photo studio environment
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, hands-on mentality, and strong communication skills
• Previous experience in fashion and scouting is a plus but not necessary
